THE FLEET
Cessna Caravan aircraft, true "all terrain of the air" based in Africa, allow the delivery of humanitarian aid, emergency medical evacuations and logistical support to more than 120 NGOs and international organizations.
Reliable and suitable for landlocked terrain, each aircraft can accommodate 12 passengers or 1 ton of cargo for a range of more than 1,800 km.
The Juliet Charlie joined the Aviation Sans Frontières fleet in 2008. He has carried out numerous missions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and flew to Guinea, where he transported medical personnel needed to fight Ebola and carried out medical evacuations. He is now based in Bangui, Central African Republic.
Acquired in 2014 by Aviation Sans Frontières, the Juliet Delta was transported from Oklahoma-City to Paris to be registered in France, before reaching Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It now operates from the Dungu base in the north-east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
February 2022, a new Cessna 208 has just joined our fleet, the F-OJJE
This new aircraft, of the Glass-Cockpit generation, contributes to the modernization of our fleet.
You see him here during his convoy from the US to the France during his stopover in Canada.
