Air France, a long-standing partner, through its corporate foundation, has supported Aviation Sans Frontières since its creation in 1980 through 3 of its pilots, provides financial support and grants transport facilities to our crews on mission in Africa. The maintenance of Aviation Sans Frontières aircraft is carried out by the staff of a "PART 145" approved workshop. Many active or retired Air France employees are part of our teams of volunteers, whether for the maintenance of our aircraft in Africa or the accompaniment of children in emergency care around the world.
In addition, the Air France Flying Blue loyalty program allows Aviation Sans Frontières to benefit from many miles, and thus reduce the costs of accompanying sick children.
Air France also regularly participates in Aviation Sans Frontières' major events, offering it wide visibility when playing an Aviation Sans Frontières video on its long-haul flights.
